Hello everyone!! Today I’m going to talk about my own hair! My own hair story was the worst part of my life. I hated my hair as they were damaged

because of hair dye. I don’t want to share\mention that hair dye name that completely destroyed my hair.

Let's Talk About my Hair — So, after using that hair dye my hair became very dry, damaged and gets split ends. And my hair growth stopped! I was shocked and cried a lot because everyone loves their hair, and if you have damaged hair, then your personality looks awkward. I’ve tried many shampoos, hair serums, conditioners, hair masks, and oils. After all these efforts, my hairs become good but not like my gray hairs. After that, I consult my doctor, then she told me some vital information which helps me a lot in the future. She told me major hair problems!! (MAJOR HAIR PROBLEMS) Dandruff, dryness, ruff hairs, split ends, frizzy hairs, hair growth problem and Grey hairs. Then she told me about the hair structure. (HAIR STRUCTURE) The hair structure is of 3 types, i.e., silky, wavy & curly (THINGS THAT EFFECTS ON HAIRS):- environment weather age physical health eating habits genetic hair problems “After all this information she said that “your hairs are dry. Your hairs are curly. The thing that affects your hairs are chemicals.”

. She told me that my scalp pores are closed, and the scalp needs to take oxygen. Then she recommended a shampoo name, “PALMOLIVE NATURALS” she said my hair needs keratin and protein. This shampoo is excellent for your hair because it contains both keratin + protein. And she gave me some multivitamins because it plays a significant role in our body. Then I started to use the shampoo regularly. It doesn’t cause foam and silkiness instantly. Because! It doesn’t contain “lithium.” What is lithium?

Most shampoos contain lithium in it, which is very dangerous for our hairs, it causes foam and silkiness instantly. It causes gray hair at an early age!!

So, finally, my hair started to get soft, smooth and my hair started to grow. I can’t believe I own my eyes after three months. Yes after three months, my hairs were my gray hairs.
